Where is xmb menu located in ps3

What FW are you on? And sounds like you have a mod installed, ps3 pro mod i guess? I can only tell you about official stuff or my own mods. I do not know how every other mod works. LuanTeles and Shaayn like this.

No, each PS4 device only supports one primary account. As you said you changed your password so after that you should be able to make your account primary on your ps4. You can have multiple accounts on a single PS4 with that PS4 set as their primary system. An account can only be primary on one PS4, but a PS4 can have as many accounts with primary status set as you want.

Just go activate it as primary in the settings. Scroll down to the user you want to delete. Children are automatically added to the family of the adult who creates their user accounts. When you say delete, do you mean from the console or from the PlayStation Server?
